I. Reservation Methods
1.Under on-campus IP, enter the URL:http://10.11.220.236 into the reservation system, and the account password is the unified authentication account password of the university.
2.Under on-campus IP, enter WeChat official account of Library of Shenzhen Technology University, click "My Library - Reservation Service" to enter the reservation system, and the account password is the unified authentication account password of the university.

III.Reservation Instructions
1. The seminar room is only open for our students and teachers.The opening time is the same as the opening time of the library.
2. In order to improve the efficiency of the use of the seminar room, so that more readers can enjoy the seminar room reservation service, the seminar room needs to be booked in the name of the group, that is, the main booking person to enter the system to add other members of the reservation information. Among them:
·Seminar room for 2-4 people: 1 main reservation is required, with a minimum requirement of 2 people for reservation application;
·Seminar room for 3-5/6 people: 1 master reservation is required, with a minimum requirement of 3 people for reservation request;
·Seminar room for 4-7 people: 1 master reservation is required, with a minimum requirement of 4 people for reservation application;
·Seminar room for 5-8 people: 1 master reservation is required, with a minimum requirement of 5 people for reservation application;
·Seminar room for 6-10 people: 1 master is required, with a minimum of 6 people for reservation application.
3. Teachers and students can reserve a seminar room 2 days in advance at the earliest, and each person can reserve a maximum of 4 hours per day.
4. For the convenience of teachers and students, the seminar rooms on the first and second floors are reserved for faculty members and their student teams, and can be used by one faculty member with a reservation.
5. If you need to cancel a reservation after it has been successfully made, you should enter the system to cancel it before the reservation takes effect.
IV.Instructions for Use
1. After successful reservation, readers can use their campus card to open the door of the corresponding seminar room during the rese rvation time.
2. When using the seminar room, you must sign indby swiping your card at the door of the seminar room, and the main booker and other members of the booking can sign in within 20 minutes before or after the starting time of the booking, among which:
·Seminar room for 2-4 people:at least 2 people are required to sign in;
·Seminar room for 3-5/6 people:at least 3 people are required to sign in;
·Seminar room for 4-7 people:at least 4 people are required to sign in;
·Seminar room for 5-8 people:at least 5 people are required to sign in;
·Exclusive seminar rooms on the first and second floors: the person who made the reservation is required to sign in.
3. If the minimum number of attendees for the seminar room is not reached within the stipulated time, it will be determined that the main booker is in breach of the contract and 200 points will be deducted from the main booker's score.
V. Precautions
1. The original value of each reader's seminar room reservation is 500 points, which is shared with the seat reservation system. When using the seminar room, please abide by the national laws and regulations of the university and the library, and follow the principle of "whoever uses it is responsible for it".
2. Seminar rooms are part of the public space in the library.Readers should pay attention to civilized manners when using them.Readers are not allowed to make loud noises or take off shoes to rest in order to prevent affecting readers in other areas. If found, 100 points will be deducted.
3. Each seminar room has different functions and accordingly equipped with the corresponding functions of furniture, intelligent equipment, etc. Readers should take care of public facilities and equipment in the library when using them, avoid damage caused by improper useand do not arbitrarily move the equipment out of the seminar room.100 points will be deducted if found.
4. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the seminar room and the library, please do not bring food or drinks into the seminar room.If found, the library staff will deal with it accordingly and deduct 300 points.
5. After using the seminar room, please leave on time, turn off the public electronic equipment, air-conditioning, lighting, doors and windows in the rooms, return the used facilities and equipment to their original places, and bring your belongings and all kinds of garbage with you. 100 points will be deducted if you fail to take them away.
6. Readers are requested to make reservations according to your needs.If found to sign in and leave immediately, leave the room unattended for a long time, or borrow another person's campus card to make areservation, 200 points will be deducted from the person who made the reservation and 100 points will be deducted from each of the other members.At the same time,the reservation will be automatically released.
7. If readers violate the above rules, the entire reservation holder will be recorded as in violation of the rules and the corresponding points will be deducted. If 500 points are deducted, the reservation privilege will be suspended for 10 days; if 1,000 points are deducted, the reservation privilege will be suspended for 30 days and the College will be contacted to handle the case.
8. Before using the seminar room, readers should contact the staff promptly if they find any damaged equipment or items left behind.
9. Readers should actively cooperate with the management of staff. During the period of use, staff members have the right to enter and inspect the room if there is a need for facility repair and maintenance. If necessary, the library may withdraw the right to use the seminar room in advance.
10.Readers should take good care of their personal belongings. If lost, they will be responsible for it.
11. The library is responsible for the interpretation of these admini strative rules, which shall be enforced from the date of publication.
