Information Literacy Training

AAA

"Information Literacy Training" is a traditional program of our library aimed at cultivating readers' abilities to efficiently utilize digital resources for learning and research, thereby enhancing readers' overall information literacy.

To enhance the practicality of information literacy training in learning, research, and office work, we will adopt a "40+20" model starting this semester, combining theory with practical exercises. The first 40 minutes of each lecture will be for the main speaker's explanation, followed by a 20-minute session for hands-on practice and Q&A. We aim to be concise yet informative, providing you with tips and tricks to easily master information retrieval, software usage, data analysis, and more.

To better meet the information retrieval and literature utilization needs of faculty and students, the library offers personalized custom training sessions. Specialized lectures can be scheduled for groups of 15 people or more, including entire classes. Readers can contact us to arrange sessions tailored to their specific requirements.

The specialized lectures currently available include:

1.Graduate New Student Training - Utilization of Library Digital Resources

2.Quality and Standards Academy- Retrieval of Standards and Patent Literature
