The Library Seminar Rooms provide diverse learning experiences for all faculty, staff and students.Three activity spaces in the library are open for reservation on a trial basis from now on to meet diversified needs of the whole university for activities, meetings and other events.
I. Reservation Methods
1.Underon-campus IP, enter the URL:http://10.11.220.236 into the reservation system, and the account password is the unified authentication account password of the university.
2.Underon-campus IP, enter WeChat official account of Library of Shenzhen Technology University, click "My Library - Reservation Service" to enter the reservation system, and the account password is the unified authentication account password of the university.

III.Reservation Notice
1.The library is only open to faculty and staff of the universityat present. Please download the attached file and fill in relevant information to submit your reservation.
2. The library will review the reservation time slots within 3 working days. Reservation can be approved under confirmation of no entertainment and food.
3. If you need to cancel your reservation after you have successfully reserved, you should enter the system to cancel it before the reservation takes effect.
4. In order to improve the efficiency of space utilization, please accurately fill in the reservation time slots according to the actual demand. Failure to show up within 20 minutes after the reservation takes effect will be regarded as breachfor one time and the reservation will no longer be kept.
5. Without approval to increase the activities of tea breaks orentertainment, it is regarded as a breach.One breach within a month will suspend the reservation privilege for 30 days.
6. Please protect the facilities and equipment of the place when using.After use, the place needs restoring to its original state and please remember to return relevant equipment in time.Warm tips: Please prepare your own materials for the event.The library does not provide all kinds of consumables.
7. If you need assistance for the event, please call the Library Service Counter at 23256130 three days in advance.

IV.Instructions for Use
1. After successfully reserved, faculty and staff can check the reservation record or cancel the reservation by selecting the date and type in "Personal Center"-"Personal Reservation".
2.Open time foractivity spaceis08:30-22:30.The range of advancedreservationis0-15 days.Time you can reserve is between8:30and22:00and the limit is30 minutes-600 minutes.
3. It is necessary to download the "Library Activity Space Application Form" to fill in and then upload the attachment.This form is used for the archive of the reservation record.
